At approximately 7:22 Pm on Wednesday, Kewanee Police responded to a call in the area of the 400 Block of South Elm Street. At the scene, Kewanee Police issued a Notice to Appear to 31 year old Deaundre K Howell of Kewanee for Criminal Damage to Property and Criminal Trespass to Property.
