April 20
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NE 6th Ave for a disturbance complaint.
Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of NE 4th Street for a loose dog complaint. Officer checked the area and was not able to locate the dog.
Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of NW 1st Street for a burglary from motor vehicle complaint.
Officer was dispatched to a 9-1-1 open line call that plotted in the 500 block of SW 6th Street. It was determined to be an accidental pocket dial.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NE 6th Ave to remove an unwanted subject. The suspect was warned not to return or may face prosecution for trespassing.

April 21
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of SW 3rd Ave for a loud vehicle complaint.
Officer met with a citizen at the Galva PD to answer questions about animal trapping regulations.

April 22
Officer spoke to a citizen by telephone about checking a gun safe to see if it had been reported stolen. It returned clear.

April 23
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of NW 1st Street for a civil property dispute.
Officer was dispatched to a residence on Main Street for a welfare check.
Officer was dispatched to a residence on SW 4th Ave to remove an unwanted subject. The person left prior to police arrival.

April 24
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of SW 4th Ave for a low speed vehicle inspection.
Officer was dispatched to the 900 block of SE 2nd Street for a theft complaint involving a utility trailer.
Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of NW 4th Ave for a trapping complaint involving a raccoon caught in a live trap. Officer spoke to the IL DNR and advised the owner it was illegal to trap out of season. The raccoon was released.
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of NE 2nd Street for a 9-1-1 hangup call. It was determined to be an accidental mis dial.
Officer spoke to a citizen by telephone about seeing someone around town that “according to Facebook, was positive for Covid 19.” The officer spoke to the Henry Co OEM director, who advised that the subject in question had been released from the voluntary quarantine.

April 25
Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of NW 5th Ave for a 9-1-1 hang up call. It was determined to be an accidental mis dial.
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of SE 7th Ave for a complaint involving harassment through Facebook.
Officer was dispatched to a verbal domestic dispute in the 00 block of NE 4th Ave.
Officer was dispatched to a verbal domestic dispute in the 00 block of NE 2nd Street.

April 26
Officer spoke to a complainant by telephone in reference to a theft report involving money taken from a wallet.
Officer was dispatched to a loose dog complaint in the 00 block of NE 1st Ave.
Officer was dispatched to a disabled vehicle in the 1000 block of North Center Ave.
Officer was dispatched to a loose dog complaint in the 600 block of North Center Ave.
Officer was dispatched to a complaint involving 2 loose dogs in the 00 block of NE 3rd Street.
Officer was dispatched to a 9-1-1 open line complaint in the 100 block of SW 3rd St. It was determined to be an accidental mis dial.
