Schuyler Co Sheriff Bill Redshaw reports the following activity in Schuyler Co for the week of Aug 17-Aug 24
Aug 17
Nicole Paul of Colchester was driving a 2000 Buick Sedanand was treavelling north on Rt67 and pulled into the left lane to pass a vehicle. Paul did not see another vehicle behind her already passing vehicles and struck Gary Fry of Versailles who was driving a 2017 Dodge Pickup. No injuries were reported.
Aug 18
Stephen Morris of Peoria was arrested on a Schuyler Co Warrant with a bond amount of $300 in Adams Co, Morris was given an IBond and was released
Aug 19
A juvenile of Plymouth was cited for Speeding 78mph in a 55mph zone
A 34 year old male of Virginia, was involved in a fatal ATV accident at Brushy Ridge ATV Park
Aug 20
Joshua Koster of Pleasant Plains was cited for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle
Bradley Montgomery was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Cannabis over 2.5g less than 10g, Operating an Uninsured Vehicle, Unsafe Equipment, Unlawful Use of a Weapon No Valid FOID Card & Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon Violation Cannabis Control Act. Montgomery is currently under indictment and facing federal charges for 2 counts of Possession of more than 50 grams of Methamphetamine in the Central District.

Justen Fagan of Davenport, IA was cited for Speeding 79mph in a 55mph zone
