November 15
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of SE 2nd Street to check on a suspicious vehicle. The occupants were waiting for a friend.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of Morgan Road for found property. An expired Illinois drivers license was turned in.
Officer met with a resident at the Galva PD in reference to a scam complaint.
Officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of NW 5th Ave for a loose dog complaint. The owner was able to catch it.

November 16
Officer was dispatched to the 1300 block of SE 2nd Street for an activated burglar alarm. The building appeared secure.
Officer was dispatched to the 900 block of SE 2nd Street to retrieve an item that was left behind by a customer. The customer contacted the police department the next day and the item was returned.
November 17
Officer was dispatched to Sentry Estates for a civil standby to retrieve property.
Officer, along with the fire dept and Stark Co Medic, were dispatched to an activated fire alarm in the 00 block of NW 4th Ave.
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of NE 1st Ave for a theft complaint. The items were later found by the complainant.
November 18
Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of Morgan Road for a 2 vehicle accident. There was no visible damage on either vehicle. No report was completed.
Officer was advised of a repossession that was taking place in the 300 block of SE 8th Ave. No issues were reported.
Officers went to a residence in the 1000 block of SE 2nd Street to attempt to locate a wanted subject. As the result, Michael Thuline, 53, Galva, was arrested on a Henry Co warrant for failure to appear on the charge of disorderly conduct-filing a false police report. He was unable to post bond and was transported to the Henry Co jail.
Officer was dispatched to County Highway 5 just north of town for a car vs deer accident. A crash report was completed.
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of NW 8th Street for a verbal domestic dispute.
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of NW 4th Street for a dog bite complaint. The animal owner was the victim of a minor bite.
November 19
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NE 2nd Street for a verbal domestic dispute.
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of West Division Street for a civil standby.
Officer attempted to contact a resident in the 100 block of NE 7th Street for Knox Co in reference to an incident that happened there last week.
Officer, along with the fire dept and Stark Co Medic, were dispatched to a field fire just north of J Mac Metals.
Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of East Division Street for a loose pitbull complaint. Owner was able to get the dog back in house.
Officer went to the 900 block of West Division Street to attempt to locate a wanted subject. As the result, Rachel Rawlings, 36, Galva, was arrested on a Henry Co traffic warrant for the charge of failing to appear on the charge of operating an uninsured vehicle. She was able to post bond and was released with a required court date.
Officer was dispatched to the Galva Park District in reference to a group of juveniles breaking lights in the pavilion. Officer spoke to juveniles, but no damage was located.

November 20
Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of SE Industrial Ave for an activated burglar alarm.
Officer was dispatched to the Exchange Street railroad crossing for a crossing arm malfunction. BNSF was contacted for repairs.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SE 2nd Ave for a fight involving two brothers.
November 21
Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of NW 1st Street for an illegal burning complaint (non burn day.)
Officer was dispatched to a residence on NW 2nd Street for a welfare check. The subject was fine.

Sara Beanblossom, 28, North Judson, Indiana, was issued a citation for speeding in the 1200 block of SE 2nd Street.
