John Gvozdjak, President of Rotary on WSDR this morning to talk about Rotary Clubs in the area, and some of the adaptions they have made over the past few months to still conduct

meetings with members and work within the communities. Rotary is comprised of business, professional, and community leaders and provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards, also help build good will and peace in the world.

Funds generated through our annual June pork chop barbeque sandwich cook out held annually in the first week of June in Sterling HS cafeteria parking lot. Great Chops from the Butcher Shop in Rock Falls and cookies from Aurilleo’s! This year, due to the pandemic, we are postponing our BBQ and now scheduling it for July 28 th . We are hopeful that we can hold it at that time because our programs like Student Excellence and Youth Exchange depend upon your support in purchasing a delicious BBQ lunch.
