Wethersfield Schools Prepared to Cancel Events Defending Choosing Dates for Events

Wethersfield Superintendent Shane Kazubowski says that the school district is prepared to cancel Prom, and re-shape the way 8th grade promotion and High School Graduation are presented but picking dates for these events was necessary. That’s why Wethersfield announced three June dates for these events, a move that was met with surprising criticism. Hope is the key word when it comes to school events. The school district hopes that these events can occur. They are prepared if those hopes are dashed. Shane Kazubowski spoke to WKEI on Friday about hope, e-learning and the change in how school is currently conducted.
