State Rep Wants College Endorsement Act Voted On in Senate

The bill to allow college students to profit off their likeness and sign endorsement deals is waiting to be voted on in the Illinois Senate. Democrat Chris Welch says the bill passed by an over whelming margin and now it’s time for the Senate to do their job and pass the bill on to the Governor.

The Student Athlete Endorsement Act Welch says is a matter of fairness.
