Oneida Teenager Arrested on Multiple Traffic Violations After Fleeing from Police

The Illinois State Police have announced the arrest of 19 year old Jason M Ader of Oneida, Illinois following a series of traffic incidents on July 30th, 2021. According the release from the Illinois State Police, a District 7 Trooper attempted to make a traffic stop of a white male riding a Kawasaki Motorcycle just after 11:30 Pm on July 30th. The motorcycle rider was traveling at a speed of more than 100 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone. When the Motorcycle failed to pull over and instead increased speed, the stop was terminated.

The following day, July 31st, 2021, Deputies made contact with the rider of the motorcycle, Jason M Ader, at his home in Oneida. Ader was then arrested and is charged with 16 citations in all including Improper Turning, Aggravated Fleeing /Eluding, Speeding 35+, Reckless Driving, No Valid Registration, Violation of Driver’s License Classification, Failure to Signal x 3, Improper Lane Usage, Disobeyed Traffic Control Signal, Driving on Wrong Side of the Road, Avoidance of a Traffic Control Device, Driving Recklessly Close to a Pedestrian, Failure to Transfer Registration, and Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. The motorcycle was towed and seized subject to Article 36. Ader is awaiting disposition of his case in the Knox County Jail.
