No New Cases of COVID-19 in Henry or Stark County Tuesday

After a weekend that saw nearly 10 new confirmed COVID-19 cases in Henry County, Tuesday saw no new numbers added. The number of positive COVID-19 cases in Henry County remains at 37. The most recent new diagnosis came on Monday afternoon. Stark County continues to have only 1 confirmed case. Statewide numbers saw another tough day. For the 3rd time since daily numbers began being released, the number of people who died from COVID-19 topped 100. Governor J.B Pritzker announced on Tuesday afternoon, 119 more people had died from COVID-19. Increases in testing have led to 1551 more positive cases of COVID-19 statewide. That brings the state total to 33,059 confirmed cases and 1468 people in Illinois who have died from COVID-19.
