Like many others, Dr Sullens was struck by the Governor's announcement that more than a billion dollars in funding that may go to schools will be held up until after the November election when a statewide vote on the Governor's call for a Progressive Income Tax will be on the ballot and may be cut entirely if that vote does not go in favor of the Progressive Income Tax…
