Kewanee City Council Agenda for Monday July 13th

The Kewanee City Council will meet on Monday night at 7 Pm via the Zoom App. The meeting will be broadcast on the WKEI Facebook page at 7 Pm for all to watch. A link to join the Zoom Meeting can be found here. Being part of the Zoom Meeting allows for you to participate via the Public Comments section of the meeting. On the agenda for Monday night are the sale of excess property, budget appropriations and a grant discussion.

New Business:

a) Consideration of an Ordinance #4009 directing the sale of excess real estate located
at 2nd & Chestnut

b) Consideration of an Ordinance # 4012 to establish parking restrictions on the South
side of Rockwell Street from Acorn to Beach Streets

c) Public Hearing on Appropriations on FY 20-21

d) Consideration of an Ordinance # 4011 fixing appropriations for the fiscal year
beginning May 1, 2020 and ending April 30, 2021

e) Consideration of a Resolution #5235 accepting a 2020 Standard Agreement for Professional Services from Crawford, Murphy, and Tilly, Inc. for the not-to-exceed price of $29,000.00 to perform a phosphorus removal feasibility study.

f) Consideration of a Resolution #5236 accepting a Right-of-Way Dedication Plat for
Outlot “A” of Candlelight Extension #1.

g) Discussion of Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program (ITEP) Grant submittal
