Henry County Clerk Offering Extended Hours for Early Voting Today

The Henry County Clerk Barb Link has announced that her office at the Henry County Courthouse in Cambridge will be open later than usual today, Monday, March 16th. According to the release from the Henry County Clerk, in order to cut back on crowds at polling places on Tuesday, March 17th, the day of the Illinois Primary, her office will be open until 7 Pm today to accommodate those who are able to cast their votes early. You can stop by the Henry County Clerk’s Office in Cambridge until 7 Pm this evening to vote early for the Primary which is officially set for tomorrow and for Democrats has the race between former Vice President Joe Biden and Senator Bernie Sanders. On the Republican side, while President Trump is assured victory, there is a competitive race between Bill Fawell and Esther Joy King for the Republican nomination for Congress to challenge Cheri Bustos in the District 17 Congressional race in November.
