Exercise Can Help Some People Beat Anxiety According to New Study

Dr Johnny Parker adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins Medical School joined WKEI on Wake Up Tri Counties to talk about a new study that shows how exercise can help people dealing with anxiety. Now, exercise is not a cure for anxiety or other mental health problems, but for some, getting more exercise can have a very positive effect in battling anxiety and the various other aspects of health affected by anxiety.
