Early and Grace Period Voting Now Open at County Clerk’s Office in Cambridge of April 6th Election

If you would like to vote early for the April 6th consolidated election you now have that opportunity. Henry County Clerk Barb Link announced on Wednesday that early voting is now available at her office in the Henry County Courthouse in Cambridge. You do not need a reason to want to vote early, any eligible voter is able to cast their ballot prior to election day at the Clerk’s Office. Early voting will be done in the office of Barb Link, Election Authority, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday as a temporary site. The office will also be open on Saturday, March 27th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for early voting. The office will be closed on Friday, April 2, 2021 in observance of Good Friday.

Meanwhile, Grace Period Voting is now also open to those who qualify. Any resident that has lived in their respective precinct for 30 days qualifies for Grace Period Voting for the April 6, 2021 Consolidated Election. During this period, an unregistered qualified elector may register to vote or submit a change of address and then must vote at that time in the County Clerk’s Office.
