Princeton Man Dies In Motorcycle Accident

A Princeton man is dead after a car vs. motorcycle accident.  A news release from Bureau County Sheriff Jim Reed says the accident happened Tuesday evening just before 7:30 on Lover’s Lane Road about a quarter-mile west of Princeton’s South Main Street.
Witnesses say the motorcycle driver, identified as 30-year old Stephan Nelson, was behind an eastbound car and tried to pass but collided head-on with an oncoming SUV.  He was taken to Perry Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
An investigation into the accident continues by the Bureau County’s Sheriff’s Department and the Bureau County Coroner.
