Macomb Schools Closed, Starting Monday Through March 30

According to School Superintendent Dr. Matthew Twomey, Macomb School District will not hold classes on Monday, March 16.  As per Governor Pritzker, all schools are closed in Illinois, March 17-30, 2020.  On Monday, March 16, teachers will work on making plans to transition instruction from classroom to alternate activities.  You will receive information about academic engagement days.

All extracurricular practices and events are cancelled immediately including all non-school organizations that use district facilities.

Macomb School District is working on a plan to provide meals to any student who may need them.  The district said it would provide more information and updates.
