PUBLIC COMMENT – Citizens wishing to address the City Council on matters germane to the agenda of the meeting will be limited to Three (3) minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks. Comments submitted by mail or email will not be read aloud but a copy will be provided to each member of the Council and made a part of the minutes.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Consideration to renew the City of Macomb’s Property, Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance with Illinois Counties Risk Management Trust (ICRMT) with Pumo Insurance as local agent.
This was discussed at committee last Monday and final action will be in order.

NEW BUSINESS

Presentation from Wermer, Rogers, Doran & Ruzon, LLC on the audit for the City of Macomb’s fiscal year ending April 30, 2021.
A representative will be present to review the audit.

Consideration to approve the amendment of agreement for professional services between the City of Macomb and Lori A. Sutton.
Attached is a memo from Transit Director Lambert along with a copy of the amendment for your review. Final action will be in order.

Consideration to approve the City Council and Committee of the Whole meeting schedules for 2022.
A copy of the schedules is attached for your review. Final action will be in order.

Consideration to authorize the Committee of the Whole Power to Act to adopted a resolution implementing a mandatory COVID-19 testing policy for City of Macomb employees at their meeting scheduled for Monday, November 29, 2021.

Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the rezoning of a portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 5 North, Range 2 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, located within McDonough County, from AG to M-1 Light Industrial.
This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.
