City of Macomb Holds Symbolic Ribbon Cutting to Welcome Phase 4

On Friday, the Macomb Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Club and the Mayor of Macomb, Michael Inman, held a symbolic ribbon cutting to welcome phase 4 of the Re-Open Illinois plan. Phase 4 under Governor J.B Pritzker’s plan allows for group gatherings up to 50 people at once, limited indoor dining at restaurants and, the use of indoor gymnasiums and health clubs among other limited expansions of the Illinois. The Ambassador Committee of the Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce, along with Mayor Michael Inman and local community leaders, held a social distance ribbon cutting on Friday, June 26 to welcome in Phase 4 : Revitalization of the “Restore Illinois” plan to reopen the community in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
