Braveheart Children’s Advocacy Center Cancels April 4th Fundraiser

Braveheart Children’s Advocacy Center has made the difficult choice to cancel their planned fundraiser for April 4th at the Flemish American Club in Kewanee. The planned, Dr. Seuss themed fundraiser was set to take place on April 4th but do to the ongoing concerns related to COVID-19 and large public gatherings, Braveheart decided to take the precaution of cancelling the event. That said, this is one of the biggest fundraising opportunities of the year for Braveheart Children Advocacy Center and could have a significant effect on their bottom line. So, with that said, with Braveheart Children’s Advocacy Center being our Hometown Hope Grant recipients for the month of March, we want you to know how you can donate to Braveheart Children’s Advocacy Center without having this fundraiser. Donating to Braveheart Children’s Advocacy Center is as simple as calling 309-937-5663 or going to BraveheartCAC.org and clicking on the word donate. Remember, when you help Braveheart you are helping children who have been physically, sexually and or emotionally abused find comfort in having a trained adult advocate on their side as they go through the legal process.
