Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce (SVACC) invites chamber members to celebrate the reopening of local businesses and organizations with a community ribbon tying event on Friday, July 31 at 12:00 p.m.
The Sauk Valley area would be nothing without our wonderful businesses and organizations and SVACC wants to celebrate the reopening of our local businesses and organizations. The ribbon tying event will signify the reopening and revitalization of our local businesses and organizations. SVACC would like to show that we are truly all in this together by retying our ribbons and reopening our community.
“Our strength is our support of each other,” shared Kris Noble, Executive Director. “We want the community to know that our members are Back To Business and Better Than Ever.” SVACC Ambassadors will deliver a ribbon the week of July 27, as well as a sign to hang in local businesses, showing support for #TyingTheCommunityBackTogether.
At noon on July 31 businesses are encouraged to gather employees, friends, and family and take a photo of the business tying the ribbon and share the photo on social media using #TyingTheCommunityBackTogether. SVACC will compile the photos for the newsletter and reshare as many photos as possible on our Facebook account!
SVACC members are encouraged to email Kris Noble to participate in the ribbon tying event. If you are not a member of the chamber and would like to participate, please call 815-625-2400 or email Kris at [email protected]
