Planned Parenthood benefit concert featuring Hole’s Courtney Love and Melissa Auf der Maur postponed

The Planned Parenthood benefit concert featuring a reunion performance by Hole‘s Courtney Love and Melissa Auf der Maur has been postponed due to “current public health concerns,” presumably stemming from the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak.

The show, dubbed Bans Off My Body, was set to take place this Saturday, March 14 at New York City’s Town Hall. Jane’s Addiction frontman Perry Farrell and his wife Etty were also on the bill.

According to The Feminist Institute, which was presenting Bans Off My Body, a new date for the concert is currently being scheduled. Tickets purchased for the original show will be honored for the rescheduled date.

So far, artists such as Pearl Jam, Green Day and Slipknot have postponed or canceled tour dates due to coronavirus. Additionally, the 2020 South by Southwest festival has been canceled.
