Blink-182 compiles quarantined fan footage into “Happy Days” video

Blink-182 has released the video for “Happy Days,” a track off the band’s latest album, Nine.

The clip is compiled from footage sent in from fans documenting their quarantined lives amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Last week, the punk trio asked for video submissions of “singing, cooking, excessive hand washing [and] attempting TikTok dances.”

“This is an unprecedented time that’s got everyone wishing for happy days, so we had an idea,” Blink said. “Let’s make a music video to show how you’re spending your social distancing time.”

You can watch the result streaming now on YouTube.

Nine, which was released last September, also includes the singles “Blame It on My Youth” and “I Really Wish I Hated You.”
